She has been invovled in cooking since she’s been able to hold a stiring spoon in her hand as a child with her Great Grandmother, whom taught her a lot of her early experiences. The fundamentals of home cooking, starting from stratch and ending with dessert was always on the table of her Great Grandmother’s dininig room. One generation down, her Grandma executed passion within her to go for what she wanted and taught her the meaning of strength. Her Grandfather was a rich advacate of hunting and BBQing everything, which became a part of her families new weekend tradition. Her Mother released infortmation into her life from simpliticty and simple foods growing up as a poor family. Learning simple foods and how to mass produce them into large lasting quantites taught her the balance of her families distant ideas from each generation. Her Mother became quite enrolled into learning ways of a healthy life, healthy foods, and how to maintain a good, content, balanced life while still enjoying all her favorite foods and passion for cooking to continue. Each generation within her family has always had their own ways of cooking, their own recipes, their own motivations and ideas, which wrapped her around a family of variety and kept her love of food always in mind. It was with her own ideas, own inventions, and her experiences in the food industry that she adventured off to Culinary school.
